The Advantage of Our Foldable Electric Bicycle

  Foldable Electric Bicycle is of simple structure, reasonable design and easy to fold, which adopts linkage-folding frame of the lightweight made by. The folding fastener enlarges the suffering area and balance the received force, which ensures the riding more comfortable than the traditional bicycle. It is easy and quick to fold the bicycle and convenient to store in a smaller space. The Foldable Frame

  The foldable electric bicycle with separate complete front and rear frames joined at the beam by concentric frame members. An alignment mechanism automatically is actuated whilst the frames are rotated into a complete frame in open position. A binder bolt mechanism locks the frames in a rigid orientation. The foldable bicycle frame and components may be configured as a lightweight bicycle or as an all terrain bicycle.

The Seat-Post Battery

  Our foldable electric bike is evolved from the traditional bike. The power assistant system is hided in the seat post, whose space is limited. So we can only adopt 20 pcs of 18650 lithium battery cells in 10 series and 2 parallel. That is why most people could not recognize it’s an electric bike at the first sight. The battery management system (BMS) keeps the battery safe from over-charging, over-discharging and high temperature, and manages all the cells to work more efficiently to offer you a longer range. Our seat-post battery can be removable, so you can  charge it either in the bike or separately in your room.

The Pedal Assist System (PAS)

  The pedal assist system consists of multi function LCD display, speed sensor, torque sensor and digital controller. The max speed under PAS is 25Kms. If the speed is over 25Kms, the PAS will stop and then the electric bicycle is boosted by pedal only and without power assistant. Once the rider are riding, all the sensors could detect every intention precisely. Our foldable electric can run at pedal assist mode,or at cruise control mode without pedaling or pure bicycle mode for exercises.

Geared Electric Motors

  Typically this is the type of electric motor preferred by many riders for several reasons. First, as these motors have both a high and low speed range, we can gain efficiency. Our foldable electric bicycle uses a 250 Watt geared motor where a direct drive motor would need a rating of 400 Watts to offer the same performance. Many Bicycle Riders want to be able to ride our foldable electric bicycle as a pure bicycle without having the power assist. The geared electric motor has the ability to freewheel without any internal impedance. This means you can pedal the bike without efficiency loss or use both the power assist and pedal.

The Safety Disk Brake System

  Disc brakes are also not easy to cause water stuck between the brake tread and discs that will disrupt the brake surface and reduce braking power. During its use, disc brakes can remove dust particles trapped by themselves. In addition to dust particles, the fine particles generated by the surface of the brake lining will also be wasted on their own. The front and rear disc brake keep you safe from any emergency with a break distance within 3 meters. The brake lever has a digital cable to shut down the power system whist braking to ensure safety.
