To some minimal companies, they do not know the international business procedures. Utopia E-Bike would like to accept the price terms, DDU or DDP. What is DDU or DDP? DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means that the price term includes every charges except for the import duty to the customers’ doors. And DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means that the price term includes all charges to the customers’ doors.  For the DDU business term, customers just need to cooperate with our forwarder agent  to pay for the import duty when the goods are delivered at the destination port, and then they are waiting for the goods at home.  For the DDP business term, customers need not worry about anything after the order confirmed and they just need to wait for goods at home.

Why not just supply DDP to minimal customers? Different countries has different import regulations. In some countries our forwarder agents must get some cooperation with customers to pay for the import duties. Even you know nothing about the import business, our forwarder agent can help you deal with everything under their instructions. Anywhere, we will try our best to do the business with the minimal customers based on DDP, which would be pleasant and simple to such customers.
