Utopia's entire leadership team has expertise in the field of motor and motor application, and QC manager is no exception. In 2009, Ms. Wu Yan was appointed QC manager of our company. Before she was appointed QC manager, Ms. Wu Yan was a software electronics engineer. She was a senior engineer engaged in research, product design, production and management of various electronic equipment and information systems. She was mainly responsible for the compilation and debugging of embedded programs such as single chip computer, DSP, ARM, and FPGA. 

As QC manager, Ms. Wu Yan is responsible for the whole quality management leadership. She earnestly supervises and reports the process and quality results of Utopia production to achieve value enhancement; she carries out the construction and optimization of comprehensive quality management system to ensure the orderly operation of various businesses, improves the control rate of good products in production process and the cooperation rate of overall finished products with system innovation as enterprise value; she communicates and exchanges, seeks understanding and consensus to create a harmonious operating environment inside and outside.

In order to conform to the general standard system of the third inspection of international trade, UPTOPIA sent Ms. Wu Yan, an engineer, to study the knowledge of international trade commodity inspection and train her to become a senior QC manager. Nowadays, the quality management level is becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises, and the requirements of QC managers are becoming higher and higher. Ms. Wu Yan is no longer just good at quality management and collaborative production, but also to provide strong support for Utopia's overall management and even strategic decision-making.
