Mr. Lu Jinglong was a former vice president and chief technical officer of the China UC Electrical Machinery Association and worked at Bell Labs in the United States. Mr. Lu Jinglong think that more than half of the world's electric energy is consumed by motors, so saving energy consumption and improving motor efficiency will be particularly important to the motor industry. He creatively put forward the theory of high density controllable flux saving motor and developed the first frequency conversion motor control system in the world.

After he joined the Utopia Motor in 2009, which is the mother company of Utopia E-Bike, he led the Utopia to carry on the technical innovation and the research and development. He proposed the innovation for the motor application merchant to build the next generation frequency conversion motor strategic idea and promoted the Utopia frequency conversion motor construction to become the international mainstream motor frequency conversion solution. The frequency conversion motor control program (CMS) has been developed to enhance the power and influence of Chinese motor in the world.

Mr. Lu Jinglong has good experience in R & D, management and coordination of motor projects and was appointed as R&D manger in Utopia E-Bike in 2014 . He can control new technologies, processes and materials of motors, generators and special motors at home and abroad in a timely manner. If customers have deep technical questions in electric bikes, he can answer, instruct and train customers on motor and controller technical questions according to specific needs.
