What Utopia Culture is  

  We got Utopia as our company name based on our special company culture, that each employee should take part in the production and devote the labor into the products and share the added value. We would like to be always a small community with hard-working and enthusiastic workforce in the e-bike industry based on INTERNET CULTURE OF Utopia while Google enjoys the great success based on INTERNET CULTURE OF PIRATE. The ideal society, Utopia of the Charles Fourier, was failed in ancient time. However, we take the advantages of its philosophy to lead and administrate our company , a community of 30s employees building the cheapest and quality e-bikes with the effective IT methods.   

Who We Are

  We are a group of enthusiasts on a mission to propel a new generation of E-bikes, good quality, low cost, energy efficient, and just plain fun transportation options. And we have over 3 decades of manufacturing experiences in automobile industry, which ensure the quality of our electric bikes to meet the standard of automobile parts based on ISO9001 and TS16949. Each year we are excited to announce our completely redesigned lineups of electric bikes with new features, such as, improved battery, reliable and stylish configuration, etc.. We forgo the traditional ways to produce and distribute our e-bikes with Information Technology.

How our company is efficient

  Our philosophy motives us to pay more attention to our production efficiency. All of employees are suggested to spend less time to sit on the office drinking coffee or chatting during official time while the other colleagues are busy in assembling e-bikes. All the office employees with the backgroud of electrics , electronics and mechanics , would actively help the assembling employees with low intensity labor in our workplace, such as , QC Checking, assembling or testing e-bikes etc., when they have spare time in the office.  And we have not non-productive personnel, for example, sales, accounts, etc. who are replaced by ERP system or pluralized by some engineers. We are sure that the cost of our workforce is less than the other competitors and our production efficiency is better than the others.      

How We Get Down Cost

  Due to over-3-decade experiences of starter motors in the automobile industry, we design and produce the e-bike motors and controllers in house, which are normal to be purchased from the professional manufacturers for most of the current e-bike factories in China. So the margin of our e-bike motors and controllers would be cut from our cost. That is why our prices are competitive and why our customers are chasing our product lineup, which are evolved by our R&D system.

What Differentiates Us

  The core parts, both the motor and the controller, are designed by our Electric and Electronic Engineers, whom the other factories have not. However, the others have only an assembling line and a few workers. After buying every parts from China domestic suppliers, they just put all parts together and then sell such assembled e-bikes. How can they understand and execute the production standard, and guarantee the quality, if there are no professional Electric and Electronic Engineers? All of our employees have good background of the education, with Electronics or Electrics or Mechanics as their majors in colleges or universities.

Where We Are

  Utopia E-Bike is located near by the biggest sea port, Shanghai Port, which is very quick and efficient for the export business. Our city, Changzhou, is beautiful in east China with a complete supply chain of e-bike parts and components, which ensures that it is convenient and efficient to design and produce new models of e-bikes based on the industry infrastructure. And it is about 45 minutes by train, about 2 hours by car, to visit our company from Shanghai.
